The selfbank Financial Company has launched the Selfbank Mobile Commerce company and is in beta launch right now. Selfbank Mobile will allow anyone to setup a free account to make purchases using their cell phone or PDA. Instead of using credit or debit cards where you info is at risk of being stolen the Selfbank interface uses 256 bit encryption which is twice a high as institutional banking security.
Account data is never stored on your phone or PDA and is used with a 4 or 5 digit pin number. Data is always secured with institutional gateway servers.
This is now available for business owners who want to become a merchant or anyone that wants to make purchases using their phone or PDA so they can leave their wallets at home.
